After splitting from Burna Boy, Stefflon Don says, "I've been single for a year."
Since 2019, the two musicians have been dating. When Burna Boy released a bedroom selfie of Stefflon resting on his chest while he lay topless that year, he made their relationship public. But for them, it is over.
Burna Boy released a breakup song named "Last Last" in May of this year, officially announcing their dissolution. Stefflon Don is under increasing pressure as a result of the song's subsequent success as a monster smash track.
Since then, 80 million people have viewed the song on Snapchat. The vocalist of "Hurting Me" made an appearance on New York radio station Hot 97, where she made public remarks about the song and their split.
She claimed, "People don't realize that we actually broke up for a year now," adding, "I haven't dated since." "We were dating for two and a half years," she said.
People wouldn't notice because they look wonderful together, the show's presenter claimed, to which she retorted, "Everyone admits [they liked us together], but we had to go on."
