After climbing a high tension pylon near Kasoa, a young guy was electrocuted.

Witnesses claim that the man, whose name is unknown, lamented about everyday troubles and overall economic hardships.

Then, he started to climb the pylon.

Eyewitnesses claimed that despite their attempts to persuade him to reverse course and their pleas for him to descend, he persisted in climbing.

So, the police were called to the site.

He continued to stand his ground though.

The Police and locals watched the young man remain on the high-tension pole for a few hours as they were shocked by his behavior.

The man was seen swinging from one of the poles around 5:00 pm, and a little while afterwards he was electrocuted.
