The "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" movie has an official trailer. On November 11, the follow-up to the 2018 box office sensation Black Panther is anticipated to arrive in theatres.
The movie's plot has mainly been kept a secret, however Namor, a new character introduced by Marvel who M'Baku refers to as "the Feathered Serpent God," appears to be the antagonist in this sequel.
After returning to Wakanda four years after Black Panther's premiere, Marvel Studios debuted an emotional teaser a few months prior to the release of the new trailer.
The trailer transitioned between shots of Wakanda's aquatic settings, futuristic technology, and what appears to be a funeral with crowds of Wakandans clad in white while using the lyrical motif of "We going to be fine" from Kendrick Lamar's "Alright."
Fans were devastated by the passing of the lead actor, Chadwick Boseman. Many people wondered who would assume the role of the Black Panther, and some urged for a new cast.
Recasting the late actor, who passed away at the age of 43 from colon cancer, "just felt like it was far too soon," Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige remarked in an interview with Empire magazine.
Stan Lee frequently remarked that Marvel depicts the world outside your window. And we had discussed how everything we produce has a relatable and human element, despite how exceptional and magical our characters and stories are, Feige remarked.
"The loss of Chad is still being processed by the world. And Ryan [Coogler], the filmmaker, infused that into the narrative.
Who will assume the role of the Black Panther is the unanswered question that hangs over the trailer.
The new trailer, as opposed to the teaser, provides a better glimpse of the enigmatic new Black Panther, who looks to be a woman wearing a brand-new outfit. Fans are still puzzled as to who the new Panther is, though.
